There's a cool old cable pull *funicular trolley that takes you up the hillside for a great view of the city.
Whirlwind Hong Kong Tour
Hong Kong made a great impression on us both, from the moment we arrived at the airport everything was so organized and sensible.
Good signage, plenty of helpful friendly people. Just great!
We were just stopping in HK to break up the long trip to Cambodia, but we had enough time before our flight to Phnom Penh to do a quick tour of the city.
We took transit from across the street from our hotel to downtown. Steve points out our start.

We're on an island or peninsula currently where the airport and our hotel is located.
We're going to take a bus tour of Hong Kong pretty quick now that we've had our breakfast.
Our spot tracker is dropping bread crumbs for those if you following that as well.
We have about 7 hourd until we fly to Cambodia.
First beers in Asia
Settling in nicely in Hong Kong, its 10:48pm local time and we're chilling in the lounge looking out onto the bay.
Quite an eclectic bunch of characters here...
Airport melee
It was a long lineup to clear security in Vancouver, but we still managed to squeeze in a quick lunch at Milestones before boarding the plane.
It was a jam packed 777 that had very good service considering the number of people.
Good food, and a couple movies later... 14 hours had flown by. Neither of us really slept, so we're pretty tired here at the baggage carousel. Its 7:41pm local time. 3:41am at home!
